Have you ever worked with an aerop press? I use that every day, but it's so hard. It takes all of my strength to stick it down. I literally am using my chin to put them with my hands. It's so strong. That's dangerous.

a explainer animation on how espresso works and then I went down a rabbit hole on someone who made

espresso with an aeropress but he's like some people turn it upside down and so they load it up and you know make it

upside down before putting the cap on. But I guess if you press it down,

so there's no area in between. So like the water and the grinds are like right close to the edge.

And I forgot to give space so I try to like pull the plunger up and the thing exploded on my hand and like I scalded my hand and it felt like it's been on fire all week.
