The subject is thriving through change. So I'm really excited. I feel like, well, I just have gone through a lot of

recent changes in my life between, I mean technically I'm a newlywed, I am definitely a new first-time mom.

My husband and I have moved to a completely new town and

new environment, new friends, a lot of changes. So, but even you know as I go

through all those, as I've gone through all those changes, I realize that even when we think we're not making a lot of changes in life, we're always confronted with changes.

And I've also been doing a lot of thinking and reflection just

recently in the last week or so on on true change in ourselves you know we we

talk so much here on confidence of the go about personal in our own

confidence of the goal about personal development

and our own personal growth.

And sometimes it's so important for us to reflect back

and instead of seeing how far we have to go, y'all it's so critical

that we look back and see just how far we've come, just how much we have changed. I just had to remind myself of that just this morning

to set my mind right, to get myself encouraged and not focusing on thinking I am who I once was because I am a new creation I am a new creation and I a new person
