Hey, brads. So before we get into this reality TV insanity, we wanted to take a moment to pause.

Back in I recorded this episode about a week ago and felt it appropriate to stop and say that

we hope that you are staying safe and healthy and please, please, please, please stay inside for the sake of everyone

for the world right now. It's been a crazy week since we recorded this episode.

So many more people have fallen ill. And if you are a broad who is sick because of this or has a family member,

a friend, a loved one who is fallen ill, we are so sorry and you have all of our hearts at this time.

If you are a broad who had a pre-existing health condition, was immune compromised in any way and are filled with anxiety because of what's going on, we are thinking about you.

If you are a broad who is scared because of financial loss, who has maybe lost a job, have a family member who's lost a job, a spouse,

our hearts hurt for you and we are here for you. If you are a broad in any way who is just filled with frustration and fear and angry because college classes cut short, because you hurt that your child is now home with you and not able to see friends at school.

In any way, if you feel any pain, we are so sorry and we are thinking about you right now.

And to those broads who are nurses and doctors, the cleaning crew at the hospital, those stalking shelves at grocery stores, thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts we are so unbelievably grateful for you.

You are heroes, thank you.

So now more than ever, it's important to be broad squad strong, we've always been quite a strong squad, but it has been so uplifting and wonderful to see you all in action over the past week, whether that be messages of encouragement for Becca and myself for each other online, seeing you on the Facebook group, asking each other questions being there for each other.

Asking how each other can help, seeing you promote each other small businesses, it has been unbelievably beautiful to see you all come together as an even stronger squad, a stronger family.

And we are so grateful for you, we love you so much and we just hope that we can continue to be a supportive unit together through all of this.
