actually means almost nothing.

It takes a connoisseur to no good Oreo ice cream cake. They can make

the subtle distinctions that are necessary for true appreciation. Your boss needs an assertiveness,

connoisseur. Being assertive can mean anything. It could mean politely saying no when asked to

take on an extra project. It could
