we tend to start comparing ourselves to other people.

We start to start saying things in our head like, oh,

I should be doing better or man, we just get down on ourselves. All right? I see it all the time when I do coaching

calls with people when I do a strategy call. So I'm going to give you an example of

a strategy call that I did recently with a client that is crushing it that was in her own head very much and kind of beating yourself up.

So we're on my strategy calls we go through danger zones, we go through, you know, just anything

that's holding us back, or anything we need to be prepared for for the next 28 days.

So one of my clients says, well, I'm just in my head about my results right now.

And I found that to be kind of weird because she's crushing it.

Like she looks amazing. she's lost almost 80 pounds and

she's nailing my kido done right program so I was like you know tell me

tell me about why you're feeling this way she She's like, well, you know, I haven't lost as much weight as I've actually gained a little bit back. I went on vacation. I fell off the keto plan a little bit. And, you know, so she's just in her head about all these

different scenarios that have happened recently so I said okay here's the deal let's

let's pull back a little bit and let's look at this from a like a 10,000 foot level.
