I turned pro when I was 14, 15, and then retired when I was 23.

And even though it was like a successful endeavor, like I was in the 2008 Olympics, I played the Grand Slandsland.

However, I didn't have any savings.

I like burned through it all to make my dreams come true, which they didn't really.

In this episode, I'm going to be interviewing Sunita Rao. She also goes by Sunny. And the title of the episode is a comeback story

after a late financial start. I really enjoyed this interview. I got to dig in not only to the

real estate investing story with Sunny, which I think you're going to enjoy. She's invested

long distance initially in Indianapolis from Boston where she lived. She's a full-time job and a career and a corporate career.

And she began doing that, but then she went all in and moved to Indianapolis.

She had some flexibility and she's now house hacking and doing some other strategies to get up to

seven units.

But then we also get into how she got started and pivoted from her earlier life.

She was a tennis player, a professional tennis player,

actually. And as though as tennis careers go, she started early in life, dropped out of school.
