Hi everyone and welcome back to the Cabral concept. Thanks so much for joining me here once again on our motivation and mindset Monday.

I cannot wait to get into today's topic going over why worrying, complaining, or making excuses is a waste of time.

But not only that, I want to approach it from that of a clinical-based wellness practice.

I want to show you how stress is literally the thing

keeping many people back from achieving their wellness, whatever it may be, skin-based, autoimmune, digestion, migraines, etc.
