It's about 10, 15. Today was great. Today was a great day. I had a wonderful day, and I hope you did too. I had an excellent workout session.

I did some kettlebells, did some free weights.

It was good shit.

I mean, it felt good.

I felt good.

And I hope you got a great Saturday pump on if you did meditation or yoga.

Today was also on my end, very productive and

some major, I can't tell you enough how happy I am and how proud I am of each and every single

one of you for showing up and being a strong part of this community. I mean, I'm super stoked.

I haven't even, even for Swinormous X members. Like there's so many things that are coming. There's so many things that

are in development and so many things that I've only barely brushed upon publicly and most

certainly for members. Like there's just so many great things coming and I'm super fucking stoked

to have you

along this journey with me. Super exciting. 2020 is going to be fucking absolutely out of control.

And some of the stuff that's happening in the next couple days, yo members, you are going to

love this. It's fucking phenomenal. It's unreal. I'm so excited. You'll hear more about it coming soon.
