Welcome back to Youth Group Chronicles.

It seems like every episode we have a first time in Youth Group Chronicles history,

but this is another one of those instances.

For the first time ever, we have two female guests in the studio with me.

We've never done this before.

Mason and Mindy, welcome to the show, you too. Good to have you here. This could either go up in

flames in a great way or a bad way. Or a bad way. We're about to find out. Only time will tell.

Only time. Only time will tell. But I thank you both for being here. If this is your

first time listening to the show, this is where people specifically in youth ministry send in their

crazy stories about youth ministry. And we get to have fun reacting to them right here on the show.

So we will get this started with a story from Davis. Davis said, our youth students pre-sold bags of coffee to help raise money for their mission trip to Costa Rica.

There was a coffee farm production down there that the youth pastor had developed a relationship with from on previous trips.

But the fundraiser did better than expected.

The bags they brought on the trip

to transport the coffee back to the States weren't enough. Thinking on his feet, the youth pastor had

the students stuff these tightly packed bags of coffee in their luggage to get them home. Upon leaving,

they all got weird looks from the Costa Rican airport officials,
