Amanda Wienckowski was found frozen solid, upside down in a garbage can in the middle of a Buffalo, NY winter in January 2009 - her case was somehow ruled an accidental suicide by the authorities despite her last known location being the drug dealer's house across the street who was later convicted of rape and strangulation.
Rachael talks with Amanda's mother and older sister to divulge the details of the tragically mishandled case.
