I am super excited to share with you today a different twist on the idea

of giving clutter-free gifts for the holidays.

So every year I'm always looking at the different

clutter-free gifts that you can give for the holidays,

but I love to give and receive physical gifts, which led me to think about maybe you don't know about the five

love languages by Gary Chapman.

This is a book that I read before Greg and I got married and I know what each of the members in my family's love languages are.

So let me start by telling you what all five love languages are and then we'll go deeper. So there are five different ways that people

give and receive love and usually you try to give love the way you want to receive it.

This is how someone can be in a relationship with someone

and say, well, I'm always telling them, I love them,

and giving them hugs, but they don't think they're loved. And the other person will say. love them

and giving them hugs but they don't think they're loved. And the other person will say,

well, I'm always cleaning the whole house for him

and leaving him little gifts,

but he doesn't feel like he's loved.

So here are the five love languages. Number one is gifts, like

physical gifts, people who love to receive and give physical gifts. Number two is quality time. These are people who give and receive
