And the reason why we did that is seven years ago, when I started my real estate brokerage, I knew I wanted our company to mean us something. I knew that I wanted us to accomplish something, something big. I didn't just want one office. I wanted to kind of spread my wings and really develop leadership within our

organization. And in order to accomplish all of that, I knew one of the things that we had to do
