Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode in the podcast.

Today's episode is a question and answer that I opened up on my Instagram last week.

And there were a bunch of good questions that came in, but I have a handful that I have

somewhat consolidated based off of general questions and similarities, some fun stuff, some fitness

But a few things prior to getting into this that I want to share.

First off, we just kicked off as of today, week four of Iron Man Prep.

So we've been putting out one episode on YouTube.

That is a plan every Monday, 9 a.m. Central Standard Time.

We will be releasing a new episode of the Iron Man Prep series leading into Iron Man, Arizona, November 16th.

So today kicks off week four of training.

I've slowly been ramping up volume.

This week, I will move into 19 hours of total training for the week,

split across, running, cycling, and swimming, and some strength work. But we're slowly increasing

volume. I should get my volume up to about 22 hours of training per week. Tomorrow I have

one of my biggest, I do have my biggest cycling ride to date in this prep.

There's a three and a half hour session on the bike on the indoor trainer, which should be fun.

My butt cheeks should be feeling that one for sure after that workout is done.

And then something else I wanted to share.

So we took Charlie, our three-year-old daughter, to her first concert this past weekend.
