Two-minute warning edition. Posted on Fridays to give you something to think about, watch for or do, doing is good, to finish your week strong and maximize your weekend. Ooh, maximizing's even better. I will also include an occasional red zone ran and that happens today. My topic is it's how you do what you do.

Let's humble ourselves here and just recognize and realize and embrace that there is honor in all labor.

You can't afford to become like some who are arrogant, indolent, and have this insufferable snobbery

and believe that a job, another career, another profession is somehow beneath them,

and they look down on someone else

who's actually working and actually earning it solely because of what they do.

The well-educated elite family surgeon who's unprepared and careless, how'd you like

Or the diligent ditch digger that exceeds expectations, encourages other ditch diggers on the team to pull together, work harder, and focuses them on being the best they can be. Who'd you rather have? Ditch Digger, get on my side. Surgeon, stay home. And here's another thought for perspective. It's not where you're at or where anyone else is at that really tells your story. It's what you or they overcame to get there. Who would you appreciate more?
