When it comes to Amazon or e-commerce in general, surprises are a really bad thing.

Unless it's like a surprise for your customer, like surprise, you got a bonus product.

Other than that, surprises are not your best friend when it comes to running an e-commerce business.

You don't want surprises with orders and things like you want to have a solid plan in place and really know what's going to happen

so that it's not like surprise your product got stuck at the port
