I like to make Sundays still feel like a Sunday which is that I prep a lot of things for the week ahead.

Oh we did a few there was oatmeal being pressed oatmeal prepping I got my dinner thought out I'm gonna get ready to marinate it for later tonight.

Workout short to a little short. I basically washed everything in our house. I did the floors yesterday. I got a lot of small tasks.

I've done over 20,000 steps yesterday which is not like if I was doing a half marathon or something whatever but to have not done a half marathon and to have gotten 20,000 steps cleaning your house feels like.

We also went on a run yesterday. I'm not saying that you shouldn't take credit for your steps around the house but we did do almost seven miles on the roads.
