how did you get started in this whole like business coaching and

and training people in the real estate industry since 1976 and in 1989 after my record label

canceled my my recording contract I went begging him for begging him for a job and he was like well you can get on the phone and

start calling people and coming to my seminar and I didn't know what that was but I said

yes and turns out that I am

am 100% hardwired for learning, growing and becoming the best version of myself because he fed me every one of his

mentors and I've been on a learning terror ever since that you know I was 21 years old then I'm I'm 51 today.

Oh my gosh I love that so and you also have tried a lot of things because I remember when I first started coaching with you you were doing like audio like at the beginning of your days

You did like these audios right that helped people what was that about I'm not sure if I if I know exactly what you're talking about can you

clarify it for me what do you mean didn't you do like something where like you you sold all of these like not cassette tapes but then maybe they were CDs or something where people would listen in and get like motivated or yeah.
