The little things add up and become big things.

Get up and stretch every morning.

Cut out sugar.

Abstain from alcohol.

Stay away from negative people.

Write down your goals.

Blah, blah, fucking blah. All the shit that rich podcasters go on about.

Not me.

I try not to advise too much.

Even if I sometimes do, I think you know by now that you would be ill-advised to take me too seriously in matters of health and spiritual well-being, that is.

But here's something that I do know.

If your significant other is at work all day and you're at home, tidy up a bit and make dinner.

Don't be sitting on the computer playing video games when they return, a Taco Bell bag from

lunch laying on the coffee table, an unflush shit in the

toilet. Don't do that. These may seem like little things, but like I said, little things become

big things, piling up like dishes. And before you know it, you've lost your significant other to

someone at their work, say, who simply shows work ethic.

There's nothing more unattractive than laziness.
