ninja creamy recipes that are just candy, right? That's not how I roll, but God bless,

that's what you do. I keep it really simple. So if you don't know what a ninja creamy is,

Google it, but essentially it's like a little individualized ice cream maker, but it's kind of geared

towards healthier options.

So what I do is I make my basic protein shake, so just milk and a clean protein powder,

and then you freeze the base, and after it's frozen, you pop it on the ninja

creamy and it turns it into like soft serve ice cream. I don't personally add a ton of mixins and

toppings, but for me, because if you're using a really delicious protein powder, I just like

that it's a different texture. I just like that I'm not drinking a shake. I'm more eating what is the texture of soft serve ice cream, but it's nothing more than a protein shake.
