Absolutely. So let's just start with the basics. How did you get into real estate? Tell us a

little bit about your journey. Yeah. So I, thanks for me. So I have gotten to real estate when we had

our first son. I worked in corporate and tele-sales. And I was always kind of, I wouldn't say, indoctrated

back in the day of like staying in the same spot of it.

I knew there there was more.

I actually ended up taking a flipping course with Cox was a lot of money and I called my

wife saying I spent, you know, 30 grand on a course and I trust it's going to work out.

And that opened me up to entrepreneurship.

I started to listen to a lot more books and in real estate got interested in flipping and all that stuff.
