Yo, today's QOD is you can be a victim or you can be a leader, but you can't do both

Here we go.

Welcome back to the Quoted The Day Show. I'm your host Sean Crox and a Sean Crox and

0:36.9

.com. We've got Robin Sharma on the show today. Today he's going to share a story about

0:43.9

victimhood and leadership and a woman who day after day after day after day did the little

0:51.5

things, but she did them daily. In over time, these little things became a lot, a whole lot.

0:58.7

And you know me, I have no patience for victimhood. I do not do victimhood. If little by little,

1:05.7

a little becomes a lot and those little are done daily, then every day that you're committed

1:11.7

to being a victim, you lose a day. You could have done something that day. I'll never

1:42.7

we were over by the benches. And Mac told me to sit down. And for some reason, I sat

1:47.1

down, but the benches were wet. And so it got my pants wet. And so I remember I saw

1:53.5

the principal, Sister Diana and I ran over to Sister Diana. And I said, Sister Diana,

1:58.7

Mac made me sit down on the bench. And now my pants are wet. And she looked at me and

2:04.1

she said, Sean, no one can make you do anything. And I was like, wow. And it kind of blew

2:11.6

my mind that she didn't buy my victim's story. Like I want her to be like, oh, tell Mac

2:16.4

to come over here. And he shouldn't have done that. But she just, she just let it go.

2:20.5

And then Sean, no one can make you do anything. It's on you. It was your choice to sit

2:27.9

down. So it's your choice, my friend. What you're going to do with your life, but you can't
