Hi guys before we get into this week's episode I obviously have to address

what's going on in the world. I just didn't feel right not doing it because

this episode was previously recorded. If you follow me on social media which

I'm sure most of you do you know that I stand with Israel and the people of

Israel, Jewish people, 50% of the most important people in my life are Jewish

and I you know they're very affected by this and it is absolutely gut-wrenching.

I have a lot of friends and and people in my life that have family over there

or no people that are directly affected and seeing the fear that they feel

they feel scared they feel unsafe they feel nervous walking the streets it is

really affecting them and and therefore affecting me and it should be affecting

you too and I just want you guys to know where I stand I've been very vocal

about this on social media I'm not the type of person that loves to just

post an infographic I like to use my own words in my own voice and tell you how

I'm genuinely feeling and it is hard because I have this launch coming up

next week I have ads that I have to post and one of the Jewish women in my

life said something best she is a publicist and she said Alyssa I've seen your

post please don't feel shame or badly about sharing your good news I promise

you as a Jew our will is to live in spread positivity and light and lift each

other up living means celebrating your life people will see this people will

understand and that's how she suggested that I proceed and I thought that

that was like such a beautiful message and I just love the way that they look

at life like that so I wanted you guys to know where I stand how I feel
