Get out of debt and save more money. In your quest to follow the whinab rules. Give every dollar a job, save for a

rainy day. Roll with the punches and learn to live on last month's income. In that quest to

break the paycheck to paycheck cycle, to get out of debt, and to save more money for

things that you want, that you stop.

In that quest you may find that you quit.

Or that you stop, sometimes for a long time. Long meaning two or more months,

because we have never gone longer than two months,

so I'm going to say that that's long,

if it's two months or more. Julie and I've gone six weeks

without looking at the budget and we kept telling ourselves hey we should you know

do the budget reconcile everything get it up to date.

Luckily, we've been doing it for so long that I was not at all concerned.

However, had we done that for a year? I would have been tremendously concerned. So you find that

you just kind of stopped for whatever reason. None of them are really good reasons perhaps but you've stopped and that's okay.

Maybe that's just a little bit of rule three is that you just kind of roll with that

punch. You can use Wien, and we've anticipated this, which is why you'll see if you go to the

file menu, file, and then make a fresh start.

And that basically carries over your budget,

gets rid of your transactions,

keeps your categories, things like that.
