issue. But it's the issue of night snacking and the mindless eating that occurs after dinner is over,

So first of all, I think it's pretty obvious what we're talking about.

Now, nighttime snacking and snacking after dinner can be defined differently by different people

and you might have different circumstances, but just humor me, okay?

The presumption here is that you want to stop nighttime snacking.
