On the trail and all the way down to the river.

And they started, they were looking at us they were a little concerned and we've learned this that one of the ways you can tell if they're concerned is if their tails go up and we we came around the corner and we saw some tails go up. In today's episode, we're discussing our Great American Bison Road Trip.

A couple years ago, we wanted to take a good old road trip in late summer, so we decided to drive a huge loop through the

northern plain states and visit as many public places as we could that have bison herds.

Yes, these majestic animals are truly impressive and they're one of our favorite

creatures to seek out in the parks. So of course we had to plan a whole trip

around them traveling to public lands throughout Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

We'll start off sharing some interesting facts about the buffalo, or I guess I should say

bison, we'll talk about that as well, why they have two names.

Then we'll go into detail about the parks we visited and some of the things we did.

At the end of the episode, we'll answer a question from a listener in our mailbag segment. You know what concerns me a little bit now that we've done what
