Hi everybody, welcome back to a new episode of The Bad Broadcast. My name is Maddie. I am your host.

I'm sorry that I repeat that every single time. It's the first thing you hear before the music and then I always repeat it.

But whatever. Hi guys, I've been really excited to talk to you. I feel like we're hanging out when I'm recording.

So I always really look forward to recording. Today we are talking about a few different things.

We've got a big dumb dumb club check-in, a lot of answers to that this week.

And then we also are going to go into the petty things that you guys ask for my advice on.

But before we do that, I hope that you all had a good week. I hope that I think a lot of you started school.

I think there's a lot of students and teachers listening. Maybe a few lunch ladies. I don't know.

I know it's probably really weird. So my best friend Kylie, who you guys know from the body episode,

she is a sixth grade teacher. So I have the inside scoop on all of that.

And yeah, rough. It's rough for teachers. Teachers need to make more money.

I don't know what to tell you guys. We call them heroes and we take them gaffes and we do teacher appreciation week.

But they just really should make more money. They put so much time and work and effort and feelings and probably a lot of blood and tears to into what they do.

So if you're a teacher out there, you're appreciated, but also you deserve to make more money.

So anyways, that was a weird tangent. I wasn't even planning on saying that.

Did you guys grow up loving your teachers? I feel like maybe because I didn't have any sisters or sisters a lot at the time,

like my female elementary school and junior high teachers were my idols. I always loved my English teachers.

Maybe I just enjoyed the subject, but yeah, I always loved all of my English teachers. I like still keep in touch with some of them.

Anyways, I also have something else to tell you guys about.

This week's Small Business Shoutout. So this is actually our last one of this little, of this time of Small Business Shoutouts.

I am hoping to open them back up in the future. But yeah, for right now, they are closed. I just, I got to figure my life out before I open these back up.
