I talked with Tabasco's historian and archivist Mr. Shane Bernard,

as well as Mr. John Simmons, who who's descendant of the company's founder

Edmund McElany. A visit to Avery Island should be on your list of things to do

typically when we do these we get lots of questions about New Orleans from our Facebook group the Beyond

Bourbon Street crew however when I told them who the guests was,

we got lots of questions about taking great photographs

of New Orleans.

So we'll do a bit of both of those things on this one.
