You can't do every single little tip, trick, or piece of advice you've ever heard. You have to be discerning about the concepts and ideas that you are going to implement in your life.
Recognize, Replace, and Repeat!
These three things are going to be HUGE on your journey to implementing new practices.
The first step of implementation is that you have to recognize what you're learning. Look for the A-HA moments when you're learning!
The second step is to replace the behavior of how you used to do it, with the new thing that you want to implement.
The last thing you need to do to implement is to repeat. Our habits and rituals make us who we are. So when you're learning something new you have to continue to do it over and over before it becomes natural to you.
I really want you to be the best leader that you can possibly be! So I want you to skip that pause moment and fight the procrastination to start implementing what you've learned!
