| 1:29.0 | and arson to talk about this morning. CBS News is reporting there is one case where a looter |
| 1:34.2 | was dressed up as a fireman, apparently going from house to house in his costume. He was later |
| 1:39.5 | arrested. Also, this alarming development, Fox News is reporting that a man who was seen with a butane or a propane torch near the Kenneth fire, he was an illegal alien from Mexico. |
| 1:51.8 | Residents there tackled him and held him until the police could arrive. |
| 1:55.2 | He refused to drop the torch. |
| 1:57.4 | I should emphasize that he has not been yet charged with arson, so investigations continue |
