Second, put on your spy hats this morning because we are going to go around America and the world to cover three pieces of news about how big tech companies are shaking the foundations of governments with a likely tie-in to Donald Trump's strategy for the future of both

America and Europe. But first, let's get to that top story of the morning. We've got a mix

of good news and bad news out of California. The Palisades fire is about 11% contained as of

this morning, up from 0% on Friday. And while that's partially good news, there is some bad.

The winds are picking up.

Humidity is still very low, and the flames are now pushing closer to areas like

Encino and Brentwood that is prompting mandatory evacuations for thousands of those

affluent neighborhoods.

And that wealth is relevant because we've got more cases of looting

and arson to talk about this morning. CBS News is reporting there is one case where a looter

was dressed up as a fireman, apparently going from house to house in his costume. He was later

arrested. Also, this alarming development, Fox News is reporting that a man who was seen with a butane or a propane torch near the Kenneth fire, he was an illegal alien from Mexico.

Residents there tackled him and held him until the police could arrive.

He refused to drop the torch.

I should emphasize that he has not been yet charged with arson, so investigations continue
