Summary

What is self-confidence? Is it something we can develop or is it inherent? If we can develop it, how so? And why is it so important? All of these questions I address in this episode alongside why building resilience plays a key role in self-confidence too. I finish by looking at 4 key psychological assets that I believe resilient people have and how we can apply them to our own lives.

improve and grow, how we go about improving it and why it's so important. We do things that

1:41.1

contribute to building self-confidence. And then I'm going to come on to talking about resilience

1:45.0

and how it's a combination of both nature and nurture

1:49.0

and why I don't believe it's fixed and something that we can grow.

1:54.0

And then I'm going to talk about the four key psychological assets

1:57.0

that resilient people or people that I have studied and researched who I

2:02.6

believe to be very resilient people have and hold. And the reason for this topic is because I had a
