Good afternoon everyone is Susan Goughtenet Attitude magazine and we're

very very fortunate today to have Dr Stephen Dickstein with us. Dr. Dixon

is with the Child Mind Institute in New York City, one of the preeminent organizations

treating children with psychiatric disorders of all kinds.

Dr. Edictine is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and he's got extensive experience

diagnosing and treating a full range of psychiatric disorders.

He was most recently director of the Child and Adolescent psychiatric inpatient unit

at Mount Sinai Medical Center here in New York.

Dr. Dixine's topic today will be treating ADHD across the life cycle.

He has an interesting perspective in that he works with both therapeutic behavior, psychotherapy, as well with medication can address the combinations of treatments that are available across the life cycle from preschoolers all the way up through people in their

50s and 60s.
