| 0:58.8 | So today I want to take you over why we do it, how we can shift from doing it and the |
| 1:07.9 | sort of tools or the lessons we can learn from our natural competitive nature. |
| 1:18.4 | Because as humans, we are naturally competitive. We have been designed that way in the past. |
| 1:25.9 | However, we are moving to a new way of being. |
| 1:30.0 | We are moving to a way of being where life is more flow, |
| 1:38.4 | and it's all about being different and unique. |
| 1:42.2 | And really loving and accepting that individuality, that uniqueness, |
| 1:48.0 | that, that very different brand that each one of us brings. |
| 1:58.4 | And the power that this actually brings to the world and to our relationships and |
| 2:03.6 | to the whole planet is actually the thing that undermines our planet right now. |
| 2:11.1 | And that is the fear of not being enough or the fear of, well, if that person is this, then I must be that. |
| 2:24.9 | That somehow on some level we are defined by others, the new paradigm says that we flip that, |
| 2:35.2 | that we are only defined by who we are on the inside, |
| 2:38.6 | by our natural design, by our definition. |
