Count 2. Obstruction of justice.

Bruce, one of the most serious violations of the Constitution is the obstruction of justice.

And with Trump, there were systematic obstructions of justice, not just to the Mueller report but to congressional efforts

to engage in their constitutional right of oversight.

Well yes the Mueller report I believe is the one that's the most documented by Mr.

Mueller himself when he concluded he wasn't either exonerating or convicted Mr. Trump.

But among other things, well, he's obligated to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.

He refused to answer questions by Mr. Mueller about anything that he had done in the White House as opposed to during the campaign.

After he threw third parties tried to fire Special Counsel Mueller. He explained to Mr.

Comey or to others that he was going to fire the FBI director because of the so-called Russian thing

He dangled pardons among some possible witnesses like Paul Manafort in hopes that they would cooperate with him and not with Mr. Mueller.

He was kept urging the Attorney General Def Sessions who had be recused from the entire matter because his possible involvement as a witness to reverse

the recusal so he could so-called quote protect the White House.

These were systematic efforts that were blocked at by his subordinates, but clearly things that the president himself was attempted to achieve in an effort to deflect the Robert Mueller investigation. to circumvent the laws. Would you include obstruction of justice

his refusal to be interviewed under oath

by Robert Mueller in the White House?

And instead, just to file interrogatory responses where he said he couldn't remember this and he didn't remember that?

Yeah, that clearly in my judgment is an obligation to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.
