constitutional scholar Bruce Fine will lay out articles in the impeachment of

President Donald J Trump.

Count six, dividing the nation.

It goes back to the idea making the division of the nation,

the impugable offense, to the oath to preserve, protect

and defend the Constitution.

The Constitution is our unity, if you will.

I'm wont to say in the eyes of the Constitution there's only one

race, American. There's only one religion, American. There's only one

gender, America. There's only one sexual orientation, American. There's only

one ethnicity in America and we understood

before Abe Lincoln even said it a house divided against itself cannot stand and

a president being the role model if you will for the nation is entrusted with a

responsibility to encourage with civil discourse not necessarily eco-chambers but

ways of operating in a political system where we use words and communications and arguments rather than

fisticops to decide issues of public importance.

The president really has made that kind of discourse impossible

because he's made presidential lies the north rather than an exception. I mean it's staggering

thousands. He's divided the nation by belittling the disabled,

by belittling women and abusing them.
