1:55.2	Yeah, great. Thanks, Sarah. I started my real estate career back in 2013. So it has been officially 12 years now. I've been through quite a lot since then.
2:05.8	Started building a real estate team in 2016. So that really is taken on new heights. And we have grown our team immensely since then.
2:21.1	Our average transaction count right now is about 300 transactions a year. I've started coaching and I also was a coach. And, you know, the cool thing about
