Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it's time for the podcaster that's here to keep you

company in the deep dark night I don't know why I'm saying that. I guess maybe like, may it make it, let's try that to the deep dark night.

Try to make it welcome. I don't know, maybe if we say it with joy is that a plom I don't think it is but I might have to look that up later

if we say it with joy and welcome it, will it make it less, I guess you can't say it with joy

and make it less deep and dark because then it would be contradictory.

If we say, welcome to the deep podcast,

keeps you coming in the deep dark night.

This is the beginning of podcast

so it can kind of be verbally joyous.

But hey, Deep Dark Night, we're welcoming you.

No offense, you're not exactly.

You don't, I don't know, there's just something that doesn't feel welcoming

about you I know that sounds judgmental deep Derek night but we're trying we're

trying this out now and there's a lot of people trying this podcast out for the first time

So welcome this is sleep with me. It's a little bit different of a podcast

It's a sleep podcast. We've been making over a of a

different, it's a sleep podcast we've been making over, or not over 11 years, but this is the 11th calendar year.

And, um... calendar year and I don't know I got mixed up there but you know oh it's

different that's what I was going to say this show show does take some getting used to. That's what not everybody says, but most listeners,

particularly people that are like fans of the show where they support the show directly. I just heard from someone yesterday that said,
