And I was like, wow, you know, this is so cool because a lot of the time you think of discipline is a really uncomfortable thing, you know, you don't want to be disciplined. It's demanding. It's not fun. It's discipline is saying, oh, I don't want to eat this, or oh, I don't want to go or oh I need oh, I need to go to bed on time, or stop watching the show or, you know, stretch, workout more, et cetera.

And a lot of people think of it from that regard, and it can just feel like a chore, right? But at the end of the day, like, if you, you know, stop thinking of it as just discipline and having to and take that look at self-love that everyone's obsessed with you know loving yourself
