I am so excited to have you here today and to listen to somebody who I adore Dr. Ashley SQ

talk about fertility and lifestyle.

Dr. SQ received her undergrad from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.

She got her MD from the University of Louisville in Kentucky,

ended residency in OBGYN at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina.

She then completed her reproductive endocrinology and infertility training

at Washoe in St. Louis, where she concurrently obtained a master of science

and clinical investigation.

She is double board certified OBGYN in REI and her research interests

for a long time have included the impact of dietary and lifestyle factors on fertility

and outcomes of IVF.

She's also the co-founder of Abilife MD, a digital education company providing women and men

with evidence-based approaches to optimizing lifestyle factors that influence fertility.
