Well, today I'm talking with Dave Heath and Randy Goldberg of Bombas, who did exactly that

Dave and I, we met working at a previous job, we were working at a media startup, we were

both early employees, I was the sixth employee, he was the seventh employee, it was a great

place to work, we were covering food and nightlife and interesting things going on in

New York, so we had like a newsletter that we wrote and we were in different departments

but we became fast friends and I think we bonded over an interest in businesses and entrepreneurship

and we just kind of became lunch buddies and then just good friends and we met working

together at another job and then one day we were having lunch and Dave had seen a quote

on Facebook that said, socks are the most requested clothing item in homeless shelters,
