No more alterails, no more kneelers for Holy Communion. Today begins the ban by Bishop Michael

Martin in Charlotte, North Carolina. And this story has been ongoing for many months. It's

been a controversy since the election of Pope Leo the 14th.

A newly appointed bishop in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is one of the healthiest and most

thriving dioceses in all of the United States of America, has had this huge scandal,

fight, controversy over liturgy, over the traditional Latin Mass.

As you remember, Bishop Martin closed down all the diocese in Latin masses and has assigned them to a chapel outside of town.

I've covered that already.

Today is a new controversy.

As of today, these churches cannot have physical altar rails or kneelers in place.

And I read this to you weeks ago, and today's the day, and I thought I'd revisit it, because you look at the Catholic Church in the USA or in Europe. In America, 70% of

Catholic, some polls say more, do not believe in transubstantiation. They do not believe in the

Eucharistic present of Jesus Christ. They do not believe that when the priest

says, this is my body, and this is the chalice of my blood, that the bread and wine, the substance

of bread and wine, change, transubstantiate into the true body and blood of Jesus Christ. So that in mass, we are not in the presence of bread

and wine after the consecration. We are in the presence of the second person of the Trinity,

incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the Virgin Mary, the same Christ who walked around in Galilee and Jerusalem, who was crucified,

the same body that rose from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father.

That same Christ, the incarnate Christ, Son of God, is present on our altars and is present

when we receive him in Holy Communion.

Most Catholics since Vatican II have stopped believing that.
