Every once in a while, I'll call my sister on the phone and say, Sissy, I need a pep talk.

Sometimes she'll call me and say the exact same thing.

This actually happens probably more often than I'd like to admit.

I'd say at least on like a weekly basis.

Sometimes we physically stop in the middle of our day and feel like we can't move forward until we hear someone speak, some encouragement or some words of life to us.

So that's what I'm here for today.
