and we're going to get the real look at what's happening on the other side of you that

room when you're sitting on that exam table or sitting in that chair and there's somebody across

from you and you're talking about your type 1 diabetes or talking about your child, what's that person

thinking? What are their goals? What's their perspective on the situation? What are they trying to do?

Because often it's not exactly the same as what you're hoping to accomplish.

And this is amazingly interesting.
