obviously, like, I had a tremendous shame about the bipolar diagnosis for a long time.

And, like, I kept it in as just, like, secret.

And, like, I wasn't talking about it on stage.

And, like, I thought if nobody finds out, like, that'll be better, like, especially in the industry or whatever you want to call it.

And then, like, the most liberating thing I ever did was just, like, start talking about it

and being open with it and, like, people viving and, like, coming up to me after shows and

being like, oh, I'm bipolar too, my cousin's bipolar, my mother.

Yeah.

Like, it's way more frequent, no, popular, that's the wrong word.

It's just way more talked about.

Common.

I feel like, yeah, Carmen talked about, like, actually the stat is 1% of the U.S. population

has it.

Well, we'll say diagnosed as it.

Diagnosed.

Yeah, let's throw that in there, which is 2.3 million people.
