I had the opportunity to interview three very different CEOs who all happen to be women.

First up, you'll hear me talk to Kate Stevens, who is the CEO of a

charity called SmartWorks, who really exist to empower women to get back into work and to give

people confidence. And she talks about confidence, both in terms of the work that the charity do,

but also confidence to be CEO and the reality of that

role and how that works for her and her journey. I think you really enjoy listening to me talking

to Kate because she is full of common sense wisdom, is how I would describe her, really somebody

that you can relate to that has experienced all the kind of ins and outs of balancing

work and life and kids and is just an incredibly positive force for good. You'll then hear me

talk to Ethne O'Leary, who is the president of investment bank called Stifle. So a brand that you

might be less familiar with, very much a kind of male-orientated world historically.

So really interesting to hear from Ethna how she is kind of making that role work of kind of being a CEO in what is quite a traditionally male-orientated environment work for her.

And she's particularly insightful on listening.

So she talks about how nobody has a monopoly on wisdom

and the importance of listening when you're in that role,

which I found really fascinating.

And then finally, you'll hear me talk to Dame Silla Snowball.

Not only does Silla have one of the most memorable and brilliant names

that I've ever come across.
