Summary

Your dharma is your souls purpose - the big reason of why you are here, what you're supposed to be doing, and how you do it. This week we welcome back the amazing Sahara Rose. In anticipation of her new book Discover Your Dharma, Sahara walks us through what finding your dharma really means and looks like. She teaches us that our lifetime is about figuring out what our dharma is, and once we understand our higher calling, everything we're looking for naturally falls into place. We learn how the obstacles that we face in life are our souls curriculum to get you to your purpose. Uncovering our Dharma can lead to a life of happiness, fulfillment and joy. ~ Discover: Why you should shift from improving yourself to knowing yourself The obstacles you were meant to overcome were there for a reason The path of least resistance is found on the path of most resistance Rock-bottoms, breakdowns and cosmic 2x4's Karma vs. Kriya Economic down turns are the birth place of innovation Using Covid as a speed track for opportunities It's always an invitation if we pay attention Trusting the feeling before it forces you to change Learn more about Sahara and her book at https://iamsahararose.com/dharma, find her on Instagram, or take her quiz here. triggers come up relationally or, you know, that happens from systems that we operate in or

1:09.7

government or corruption or whatever it is.

1:14.3

It's all so that we can find resolution, so that we can build bridges, but we seem to be

1:20.3

building a lot of walls. And we could see that collectively, but I don't know that we see that

1:25.8

often within ourselves, within the individual.

1:29.3

You know that you're caught up in an ideology or a space of sides when you're othering.

1:37.1

When you're like, that person's in all left or all right or QA. Non or their antivacs or

they're pro-poison, you you know like when we're starting to
