I'm waking up at 4.30, actually a little bit before 430, without the alarm clock going off. I have hit

the wall and my body has gotten adjusted to it. Much the same way distance runners hit the wall while they're running where they experience

extreme exhaustion and muscle fatigue before they hit the wall, and then they hit the wall,

and all of a sudden it's kind of like a state of euphoria for them.

It's a little bit of a high.

So I've hit that turkey hunting high.

My body's gotten adjusted to its new wake-up time.

It's gotten adjusted to what has been at times, four hours of sleep a night, and it's ready to rock and roll.
