I think it's an exciting time to be in Bitcoin and in Bitcoin mining space. I would say,

you know, to everyone that's getting frustrated by and bogged down by the lack of regulation,

the targeted taxation, the targeted attempts to redirect our efforts. Now is the time that we know we're doing something of consequence, right?

People may not have been paying attention before.

Now that the eyes are honest, this is where we actually have, I think,

a really amazing opportunity to, frankly, link arms with those that are doubting us the most

and try to find some common ground.

But this isn't where you give up.

This is actually where you know you're doing something worthwhile.

How you doing today, Alex?

Great. Thanks. How are you?

Doing fantastic. Why don't we start by you telling me a little bit about your background

and how you discovered Bitcoin and got into mining?

Sure. So I am originally from Toronto. I started my career down here in the U.S. actually on Wall Street and securitized products, structured products, went through the subprime crisis. And then eventually pivoted to focusing on ESG and impact investing. And it was there that I started getting introduced to, you know, more climate tax and

earlier stage companies and more niche companies that needed a different way to finance

their operations.
