So at this point my focus was just on being a faithful member of the church.

I had no objective other than that.

I loved the church and of course I was just so happy to be living a female life.

I mean I knew I still had much of my transition journey ahead of me, specifically surgery,

but short of that, things coming into place so that I could have that experience and complete

my journey.

I was just enjoying the process, the experience of just being a female member of the church,

going to relief society and just being one of the ladies of the world and that thrilled

me.

Something that's so interesting when you talk to like you get to lower the halls experience

which comes much later chronologically and partly because she had been a state president

right.

For her going to relief society was a huge deal and it was forbidden.
