A lot of controversy around her.

All right, I'm not getting into the private issues or what Candace Owens has been discussing.

Instead, I'm going to focus today on the Eucharist.

What is the Catholic teaching on the Eucharist and public notorious sinners can and should priests refuse them Holy Communion?

It's been one year since the rededication of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.

And the McCrowns were there, of course, representing the nation.

And rather scandalously, Brigitte McCrone went forward and received communion.

The video's there.

It's not contested.

But here's the problem.

Brigitte McCrone has been an advocate for divorce, for abortion, for contraception, for

LGBT rights, and she divorced her previous husband and then remarried McCrone. And as far as the public is concerned,

their marriage was never regularized by the Catholic Church. So objectively speaking,

she and McCrone, her husband, or whatever, scare quotes, husband, are living in adultery. So there's a lot of

problems here. And if we just sort of take a wider look at it, it's a problem all over the earth.

It recently happened in Brazil. It happens all the time in the United States of America,

where you have politicians who say, I'm Catholic,

and then they vote and promote teachings that are contrary to the infallible teachings of the Catholic Church.

And then they come forward on camera in public and receive the body, blood, soul and divinity of Jesus Christ,

the son of God.
