an event filled with drama

emotion and the struggle of athletic competition

while there were many athletes the struggle of athletic competition.

While there were many athletes whose accomplishments made headlines, one man may have been overlooked,

but what this man accomplished was something far greater than a fast time or overcoming a disability.

What this man achieved will live forever in the hearts and minds of one family. The man, Ben Omera.

He did something that no Omera man has ever been able to do. He ran, really far, for a really long time.

Throughout the centuries, the Omerum men have accomplished great things in business, medicine and entertainment.

But what they have never done is run ever for any reason whatsoever

Sure, they have been the occasional sprints to the refrigerator and some of the more unsavory ancestors have once in a while run from law enforcement.

But this kind of running, in a race with no other motivation than personal accomplishment,
